    REVEL White Mountains Marathon & Half is seeking photographers for May 4, 2025 in the Conway, New Hampshire area to shoot participants at various locations along the event route. 

    Each photographer will be assigned a timeline with a location to shoot on the course. See course map here: https://www.runrevel.com/rwm/course

    Shifts may report as early as 5:00am and as late as 7am. Expect up to 6 hours of shooting and drive time.(may be shorter shift, times are subject to change)

    Photographers must provide their own transportation and camera. We will provide the SD/CF card. Payment will be given at the end of your shift on race day.

  • Event Photographer - Run Madtown

    Run Madtown is seeking photographers to shoot participants at various locations along the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon routes on Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25, 2025 in the Madison, Wisconsin area. 

    Each photographer will be assigned a timeline with a location to shoot on the course.

    On Saturday, shifts will report around 6:30 PM and will last 1-2 hours. On Sunday, shifts may report as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 7:30 AM and will last 2-3 hours. (Total times may be shorter or longer; times are subject to change).

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our race timing business and drive expansion in Texas. This role involves actively acquiring new event contracts through strategic relationship building, thoroughly understanding and consulting on client needs, and nurturing existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be versatile, ready to engage in various aspects of the business, and expected to assist operationally at events both within Texas and in other states. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a multifaceted role in a growing company.

  • Part-Time Sales Assistant (Hybrid) — Brooksee Race Timing

    About the Role:
    We’re looking for a dependable and proactive Sales Assistant to help drive our growth. In this part-time, hybrid role, you’ll assist with outreach efforts and help us stay organized as we connect with race directors and expand our client base.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct cold outreach to race organizers and potential clients
    • Schedule meetings and manage the sales calendar
    • Build estimates and proposals for potential clients
    • Create and send invoices to clients
    • Track follow-ups and help nurture client relationships

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong communication skills — professional, approachable, and clear
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Self-starter with good time management skills
    • Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and CRM software (we’ll train if needed)
    • A willingness to learn about the endurance sports industry and timing services

    Position Details:

    • Part-time (10–20 hours per week, with room to grow)
    • Hybrid (Training and 1 day in office in PG)
    • Flexible hours — as long as deadlines are met
    • Competitive hourly pay (discussed during the interview process)
