Event Photographer - Ogden Marathon
Category: Photography Date: May 17, 2025 Location: Ogden, UT Hours: 4-6 Pay: $250 # Positions Available: 5 out of 5 The Ogden Marathon is seeking photographers to shoot participants at various locations along the 5K, 8K, Half Marathon, and Marathon routes on Saturday, May 17 in the Ogden, Utah area.
Each photographer will be assigned a timeline with a location to shoot on the course.

On Saturday, shifts will report around 6:30 AM and will last 4-6 hours. Total times may be shorter or longer, and times are subject to change. Photographers will also need to be available on Friday afternoon or evening to pick up a Brooksee-provided memory card at the race expo in Ogden.
Photographers must provide their own transportation and camera. We will provide the SD/CF card. Payment will be given at the end of your shift on race day.

Event Photographer - Run Madtown
Category: Photography Date: May 24, 2025 Location: 53702 Hours: 2-7 Pay: $150-$400 # Positions Available: 10 out of 10 Run Madtown is seeking photographers to shoot participants at various locations along the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon routes on Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25, 2025 in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
Each photographer will be assigned a timeline with a location to shoot on the course.

Race Manager / Logistics Coordinator
Brooksee is a fast-growing endurance event company committed to elevating the event experience for endurance athletes. We own and operate the Portland Marathon, Mesa Marathon, Las Vegas Marathon, REVEL Race Series, and the newly introduced Phoenix Marathon.
As a Race Manager for Brooksee, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale race events. This role requires excellent leadership, logistical expertise, and operational management to ensure a high-quality race experience for runners, volunteers, vendors, and stakeholders.
The Race Manager position is essential to ensuring every logistical element of race production is effectively planned, coordinated, and executed. The Race Manager will be responsible for overseeing race operations throughout the event lifecycle, including but not limited to; pre-race logistics planning, asset inventory and quality control, course and aid station logistics, venue setup, vendor and contractor coordination, equipment and vehicle logistics, as well as budgeting and record keeping.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in event production, sports and endurance event operations, or large-scale logistics who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Applicants should email their resume to jobs@brooksee.com.
Travel to race locations during race weeks is required and includes days leading to and following the race day. Current race calendar is outlined below:

- Redlands, CA – REVEL Big Bear – November 5-9, 2025
- Phoenix, AZ – Phoenix Marathon – December 8-14, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Race Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage event-specific budgets for all logistical and operational needs.
- Develop operational plans and determine logistical needs based on set operational standards.
- Source and secure vendors for portable toilets, dumpsters, sound systems, cones, and additional equipment rentals.
Work with internal teams to secure suppliers for on-course and finish line amenities (ie. water, fruit, ice). - Develop venue and course layouts, including start/finish areas and on-course navigation.
- Coordinate vehicle and box truck rentals for the event.
- Maintain and prepare race assets, ensuring all necessary items are organized and ready for transport.
2. Race Week Execution
- Oversee the setup of venues and course infrastructure according to layout plans.
- Direct load-in, truck unloading, and equipment staging at multiple event sites.
- Coordinate and manage load-in and load-out of vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate pickup and return of rental vehicles and box trucks.
- Supervise crew labor to ensure efficient execution of all operational tasks.
- Respond to real-time logistical needs and adjust plans as necessary.
3. Post-Race Responsibilities
- Oversee teardown and load-out of all venues and course assets.
- Ensure proper return or disposal of rented equipment, dumpsters, and portable toilets.
- Repack trucks and account for all inventory and supplies.
- Review and reconcile actual costs against budget projections.
- Participate in post-race debriefs and document feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in event production or race operations is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across channels (ie. in-person, online, email, phone).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (ie. Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
Strong leadership and management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable traveling and working long hours during race weeks
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to routinely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 pounds is required.
- Must be currently certified or willing to obtain forklift certification.
- Background or interest in endurance sports is strongly preferred.
Location:
- Pleasant Grove, UT with a hybrid work schedule
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $60,000 / dependent on experience

Social Media and Marketing Intern
Brooksee is a fast-growing endurance event company committed to elevating the event experience for endurance athletes. We currently operate the Las Vegas Marathon, Mesa Marathon, Phoenix Marathon, Portland Marathon, and the REVEL Race Series which comprises four marathon and half marathon events across the U.S.
We are seeking a part time summer Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our talented team. Potential candidates should have experience and/or education in marketing, communications, social media, or related fields and have a passion for building a brand through engaging social media content. Experience working with influencers and/or brand ambassadors is preferred. This is the perfect job for the marketing/social media guru who enjoys the active lifestyle industry.
This is a paid part-time summer internship with a hybrid work schedule out of our offices in Pleasant Grove, UT. The opportunity to join the Brooksee team full time at the end of the summer may be made available to the selected intern based on performance and company needs. Position Duties
- Create content calendars and schedule social media content across the major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in content creation (photo, video, and copy) for the multiple social media platforms listed above, with short form video content being the primary focus.
- Conduct trend forecasting for all of the above social media platforms.
- Engage with social media followers to build community as necessary.
- Assist with the needs of brand ambassadors across Brooksee’s event portfolio to ensure accurate brand representation and successful execution of contracted requirements.
- Track engagement and growth of social media posts, campaigns, and platforms, and report on performance.
- Participate in brainstorms to generate ideas for new social activations and carry out plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns through email and online platforms.
- Assist in marketing race assets, products, apparel and merchandise as needed.
- Attend expos of other events where needed as an ambassador of Brooksee races
In addition to the duties listed above, this position may include performing other tasks as assigned. The successful applicant will be expected to travel multiple times per year to assist in event production.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or current student in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong experience in social media management
- Thorough knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
- Effective communication, presenting, and writing skills
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude, commitment to succeed, and willingness to go above and beyond
Bonus Skills
- Endurance athlete preferred
- Graphics and/or digital illustration experience
- Photography and photo editing
- Videography and editing (for shortform video content)
