  • Event Photographer - Boulderthon Half Marathon

    The Boulderthon Half Marathon is seeking photographers for our September 28, 2025 event. Subject to your assigned position, photographers will be capturing action along the course and at the finish line area as runners cross. 

    Shifts will be around six hours long, with some photographers reporting at 6:30 AM and others at 8:00 AM. Shifts may be shorter or longer, and report times are subject to change. 

    Photographers must provide their own transportation and camera. We will provide the SD/CF card. Payment will be given via check at the end of your shift on race day.

  • Event Photographer - Las Vegas Marathon

    The Las Vegas Marathon is seeking photographers for its event on Sunday, October 26, 2025 in the Las Vegas, Nevada area to shoot participants at various locations along the event route. Subject to your assigned position, photographers will be capturing individual runners as they pass or capturing action in the finish line area as runners cross.

    Shifts will be 6 hours long with some starting earlier around 5am and some starting later around 8am.

    Photographers must provide their own transportation and camera, we will provide the SD/CF card. Payment will be given at the end of your shift on race day.

    If you have worked with Brooksee events in the past you may call out the year and event/location you worked for us to look up your previous images. Those applicants must still provide a portfolio link.

    REVEL Big Bear is seeking photographers for November 8th, 2025 in Big Bear, California to shoot participants at various locations along the event route as well as the finish line area.

    Shifts may report as early as 5:00am and as late as 7:00am. Expect up to 6 hours of shooting and drive time (may be shorter shift, times are subject to change).

  • Road Crew - Portland Marathon

    Join the team behind the Portland Marathon and help bring one of the city’s premier endurance events to life! Race Crew members play a critical role in building, operating, and breaking down the infrastructure that supports thousands of runners and spectators.

    This is a temporary, event-based position scheduled around race week. For the 2025 Portland Marathon, crew members will be needed from Wednesday, October 1 through Sunday, October 5, 2025 although not all days are required.

    Position Overview

    Race Crew members support every aspect of event production, including:

    • Race Expo – Assist with setup and teardown of the packet pickup venue, vendor areas, merchandise booths, and participant services
    • Start & Finish Areas – Build and dismantle pedestrian rail, signage, tents, staging, and festival infrastructure at the start line, finish line, and post-race festival areas
    • Course Setup & Teardown – Install and remove directional signage, mile markers, aid station equipment, and course assets along the certified Portland Marathon course
    • Equipment & Asset Management – Safely load and unload trucks and trailers, organize supplies, and position key assets as directed by event leadership
    • Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Race Director, Event Organizers, and fellow crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
    • Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols to maintain secure working conditions for staff, participants, and spectators

    Qualifications

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs safely
    • Comfortable working long hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
    • Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction well
    • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
    • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
    • Experience driving box trucks up to 26 ft is a plus
    • Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
      • Event production and logistics
      • Warehouse operations and inventory management
      • Trade show or exhibit installations
      • Physical labor and equipment handling

  • Social Media Specialist

    Brooksee is a fast-growing endurance event company committed to elevating the event experience for endurance athletes. We currently operate the Las Vegas Marathon, Mesa Marathon, Phoenix Marathon, Portland Marathon, and the REVEL Race Series which comprises three marathon and half marathon events across the U.S.

    We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our talented team. Potential candidates should have experience and education in marketing, communications, social media, or related fields and have a passion for building a brand through engaging social media content. Experience working with influencers and/or brand ambassadors is preferred. This is the perfect job for the marketing/social media guru who enjoys the active lifestyle and sporting industry.

    This is a paid full-time position with a hybrid work schedule out of our offices in Pleasant Grove, UT.     Position Duties

    • Create content calendars and schedule social media content across the major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
    • Assist in content creation (photo, video, and copy) for multiple social media platforms and accounts, with short form video content being the primary focus.
    • Conduct trend forecasting for all of the above social media platforms.
    • Engage with social media followers to build community as necessary.
    • Assist with the needs of brand ambassadors across Brooksee’s event portfolio to ensure accurate brand representation and successful execution of contracted requirements.
    • Track engagement and growth of social media posts, campaigns, and platforms, and report on performance.
    • Participate in brainstorms to generate ideas for new social media and marketing activations and carry out plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
    • Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns through email and online platforms as needed.
    • Assist in marketing race assets, products, apparel and merchandise as needed.
    • Attend expos of other events where needed as an ambassador of Brooksee races.

    In addition to the duties listed above, this position may include performing other tasks as assigned. The successful applicant will be expected to travel multiple times per year to assist in event production.

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management
    • Thorough knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
    • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
    • Experience creating short form video content for a brand
    • Experience in organic social media growth (particularly Instagram and TikTok)
    • Effective communication, presenting, and writing skills
    • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
    • Positive attitude, commitment to succeed, and willingness to go above and beyond

    Bonus Skills

    • Endurance athlete preferred
    • Experience working with influencers and/or ambassadors
    • Graphics and/or digital illustration experience
    • Photography and photo editing
    • Videography and editing (for shortform video content)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Compensation: Dependent on experience
