Partly cloudy Course: Beautiful views of Cable Mountain as runners entered the finish. Steady uphill with a few big climbs, with a net elevation gain of nearly 500 feet.

Consistent Pacing Leads to Masters Victory Tammy Turcotte demonstrated remarkable consistency and stamina at the 2025 Vacation Races | Zion Half Marathon. With an overall time of 1:42:53 and an average pace of 7:51 min/mile, Tammy finished first in the Female Masters Division. Her performance among 1,404 competitors was commendable, placing 8th among females overall and 25th in the total field. Tammy maintained a steady pace throughout the race. Starting strong with a 7:30 min/mile in the first mile, she managed minimal fluctuations. The midway point saw her fastest split at 7:41, showing strong resolve as she tackled the course. Although there was a slight slowdown at mile 11 with an 8:33 pace, Tammy swiftly regained momentum. Encouragement goes to maintaining consistent performance in the latter stages to ensure strong finishes. Her resilience and determination are sure to inspire many more triumphs ahead!
