Description:	The “Visit Casper Marathon” hosts a variety of Marathon Race distances every year on that first Sunday in June and is now entering its 21st year. All the race distance events that are held here annually in the Oil City of Casper Wyoming are professionally timed with RFD Chipped Race Bibs whether you are running the 10K Race, Half Marathon Race, Full Marathon Relay Race or the traditional Wyoming Full Marathon Race event. Our upcoming Wyoming Marathon Race events are a Non-Profit organization, an RRCA Member, and also a USATF Boston Qualifying event for all those who wish to pursue their personal and professional running goals. This year also in 2024 we are excited to announce that the “Visit Casper Marathon” has been selected as an RRCA State Championship Event ! The Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Championship Event Series is one of the oldest distance running traditions in the US, dating back to 1958 when the RRCA awarded its first championship designation. The goal of the RRCA Championship Event Series is to shine a spotlight on well-run, community-based events, and to promote the sport of running by recognizing the top performing runners in the Open, 40+, 50+, and 60+ categories for both men and women as RRCA Champions.
