Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Emily Kroshus showcased consistent pacing throughout the 2025 Tenacious 10 in Seattle, finishing the 10-mile race with an overall time of 1:06:16, achieving a notable pace of 6:32 per mile. Notably, Emily excelled in her age division, placing first in the F40-49 category and securing the top spot in the female gender classification. Starting with a steady 6:21 min/mile pace for the first mile, she maintained this rhythm effectively through most splits. Although there was a noticeable pace dip reaching 7:04 min/mile in miles 9 and 10, Emily's early strong performance ensured she finished first among females. Her ability to maintain consistent pace even in the latter stages of the race demonstrates effective pacing strategy, contributing to a robust finish.
