Consistent Pace Leads to Impressive Division Finish Sarah Paquet demonstrated exceptional pacing and endurance at the 2025 Tenacious 10 in Seattle. Starting strong, she completed the first mile in 5:59, positioning herself as the leading female in her division early on. Throughout the race, Sarah maintained a consistent pace, her splits mostly in the 6:00 to 6:30 min/mile range, which kept her at the forefront of the F20-29 division throughout the 10-mile event. By the race's completion, Sarah had maintained an average pace of 6:33 min/mile and secured the top position in her division. Notably, her early splits positioned her well within the top 10 overall, underscoring her consistent performance. She completed the event with an elapsed time of 1:06:24, finishing 3rd overall among females and 12th overall. For future races, focusing on maintaining that strong start in later miles could see even greater overall performance. Excellent effort!
