Consistent Pacing Leads to Strong Finish Josh Ramos clocked an impressive time of 1:09:50 in the 2025 Tenacious 10 - Seattle. His overall performance showcased consistent pacing, maintaining an average pace of 6:54 min/mile over the 10.12-mile course. Josh’s pacing strategy was evident, as he managed to keep a sub-7:10 pace for most of the race. Notably, he finished with two strong splits, each at a 6:01 min/mile pace. Throughout the event, Josh steadily improved his position, finishing 24th overall out of 348 participants and 19th in his gender category. In the M30-39 division, he secured 7th place. A highlight of his race was between miles 8 and 10, where he accelerated and regained several spots. While he showed strong determination and resilience in the latter stages, focusing on maintaining even splits throughout can further enhance performance in future races.
