Consistent Pace and Strong Finish David Garcia, a 45-year-old from Manvel, TX, showcased a commendable performance in the 2025 Pearland Half Marathon 10K event. Starting with a conservative pace of 10:12 min/mile, David demonstrated a remarkable ability to progressively increase his speed. Notably, each subsequent mile was quicker than the last, with his final split reaching an impressive 7:53 min/mile.
