Consistent Top Performance with Strategic Splits Jose Delacruz showcased consistent performance throughout the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 10K. His overall time was 48:24, with an average pace of 7:48 min/mile. Notably, Jose clinched 2nd in the M30-34 division out of a total of 340 participants. Starting strong, his initial mile time was a brisk 7:25, setting the pace early on. Despite slight variations, he maintained a commendable pace, showing impressive control and endurance. A breakdown of splits reveals initial consistency in the first three miles, with split paces at 7:25, 7:33, and 7:24 min/mile respectively. There was a gradual slowdown in the latter part of the race, with the 4th and 5th mile seeing a drop to 7:57 and 8:35 min/mile.
