Consistent Pace Secures Top Division Finish Natasha Clack delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 10K. She maintained a steady pace throughout the race, with an overall time of 49:19. Natasha excelled in her division, finishing 1st in the F30-34 category. Her average pace was 7:57 min/mile, which is noteworthy for maintaining a consistent speed across all distance splits. The most significant performance improvement was seen between miles 2 and 3, with a split pace dropping from 7:40 to 7:27 min/mile. Her strong start with a 7:47 min/mile pace helped her achieve 5th place among female participants, demonstrating her competitive edge from the onset. While her pace slightly decreased in the final miles, her early pace proved advantageous. Natasha's consistent performance secured her a solid 6th place in her gender category.
