Consistently Dominant Performance with a Strong Finish Eleanor Baker's performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon was marked by remarkable consistency and strong execution. She completed the 26.2-mile course in an overall time of 2:47:46, securing first place in both the Female category and her division among a total of 2,277 participants. Eleanor started the race strong with her initial splits all maintaining a pace below 6:30 min/mile. Notably, the fastest split was recorded between miles 11 and 12, with a pace of 5:53 min/mile. Her pacing remained consistent throughout much of the race, although there was a slight slowdown toward the finish, with the last miles averaging just under 7 minutes per mile. Despite this, she retained first place in the Female category and demonstrated exceptional endurance and fortitude, representing the Rolling Cerros Run Club with poise. Future training might focus on maintaining the initial pace throughout. Overall, a standout performance.
