Consistent Pace with Opportunities for Strategic Adjustment Adriana Fravel, representing the Run Free Running Club, completed the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon with an overall time of 2:27:31, averaging a steady pace of 11:15 min/mile. Over the course of the race, she maintained a consistent pace with her fastest recorded mile at 10:23 (mile 1) and a notable split time of 10:42 logged during both mile 3 and mile 12. Adriana showed notable pace management despite a slowdown at mile 9 with a 13:37 split. For further improvement, focusing on maintaining the pace observed in her initial and concluding miles across the entire race could be beneficial. Adriana’s mid-race performance presented an increasing trend towards a steadier pace, although she could explore strategies to mitigate the variation that occurred between miles 7 and 9.
