Consistent Pacing Leads to Strong Finish Nithesh Perumal delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon. Maintaining a strong and consistent pace throughout the race, his average pace clocked in at 7:08 min/mile over the 13.1-mile distance. Nithesh achieved an elapsed time of 1:33:27, securing 2nd place in the M20-24 division and finishing 57th among male participants. Notably, he maintained a consistent pace during the first half, with his split times ranging from 6:46 to 6:51 min/mile through mile six. A slight slowdown was observed in miles 11 through 13, where the split pace increased to over 7:33 min/mile. Working on maintaining pace in these final miles could positively impact his future race outcomes.
