Consistent Performance with Strong Category Finish Travis maintained an impressive and consistent pace throughout the half marathon, finishing with an overall time of 1:24:39. His average pace was 6:27 min/mile over the 13.1-mile course. Travis started strong, with a 5:58 split for his first mile, securing a remarkable early third place in his age division (M40-44). His efforts culminated in a notable third-place finish in his division, among 1697 participants. While there was a slight decrease in the pace in the later miles, the ability to maintain a pace under 6:30 min/mile is commendable. Future training could focus on sustaining that early momentum to further increase competitiveness. The consistent pacing throughout the event, and particularly maintaining a division top-three position, illustrates Travis's strong race strategy and endurance in a broad participant field.
