Consistent Pace Yields Strong Division Finish Phillip Zavala maintained a consistent pace throughout the "2025 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon," completing the 26.2-mile course with an impressive overall time of 2:38:53 and an average pace of 6:03 min/mile. Starting strong, Phillip ran his first mile in 6:11, consistently sharpening his pace to a swift 6:02 in several subsequent miles. He achieved a notable split in mile 12 at 5:49 min/mile. While Phillip stood 7th overall out of 2277 participants, his performance was particularly remarkable within his age division. He clinched the 2nd spot in the Men's 30-34 category.
