Strong Consistency and Speed in Marathon Performance Andy Reinhold displayed an impressive performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon, completing the 26.2 miles in 2:47:04, maintaining an impressive average pace of 6:22 per mile. His strong moments were evident in the latter half of the race, particularly at mile 20 with a split of 6:10, and mile 23 with a split of 6:13, demonstrating consistent pacing and endurance. Andy's final surge in miles 25 and 26 shows effective energy management and closing ability, clocking in at 6:20 and 6:19 per mile, respectively. Placing 5th in his division, it's apparent that Andy's pacing strategy served him well among the 2277 competitors. Andy managed to improve his position from the mid to late stages of the race, notably moving from 35th at mile 8 to an impressive 22nd overall by the finish. Maintaining focus on consistent pacing could further enhance future performances and closing strategies.
