Consistent Strong Finish with Impressive Second Place in Division Nolan Berkowitz of Burbank, CA, delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon. Operating at an average pace of 6:15 min/mile, he completed the 13.1-mile course in a time of 1:21:57. Nolan showed remarkable consistency, maintaining a steady pace through most splits, particularly excelling between miles 4 and 10, where his pace ranged between 5:53 and 6:12 min/mile. Notably, his strongest split was the fourth mile, clocked at a brisk 5:53 min/mile. In a field of 1,697 participants, Nolan secured 16th place overall and 15th among males. He achieved an impressive second place in the M30-34 division. His final splits were solid, with a slight deceleration towards the end.
