Consistent Performance with a Strong Division Finish Martin Broder delivered a solid performance in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 10K. His overall time was 55:46, with an average pace of 8:59 min/mile. Notably, Martin secured a 3rd place finish in his division (M40-44), demonstrating his competitiveness among peers. He showed consistency throughout the race, maintaining a strong division placement throughout all splits. In examining the splits, Martin’s first mile started strong at 8:42 min/mile, and he impressively improved his pace to 8:14 min/mile by the third mile. The latter part of the race saw a slight drop in pace, with his fifth mile at 9:49 min/mile. An opportunity for improvement could be working on maintaining that mid-race pace in the final miles.
