Pacing Consistency Leads to Solid Finish Richard Adkisson maintained a steady effort throughout the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon, marked by an overall pace of 10:07 min/mile. Impressively, he executed consistent pacing, only a minor deviation in the third mile where his pace was 10:39 min/mile. The second half of his marathon showed a remarkable recovery with mile paces consistently under 10:00 min/mile, except for the 25th mile, which was slightly slower at 12:12 min/mile. Richard showed a strong finish, highlighted by a peak in the 22nd mile with a pace of 9:53 min/mile.
