Steady Pace with Mid-Race Gains Serena Amaro maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon with an overall time of 2:01:36, averaging 9:16 min/mile. Impressively, there was a significant improvement in her performance midpoint, evidenced by her fastest split time of 8:53 in the ninth mile. This reflects her capacity to increase intensity as the race progresses. Position-wise, Serena ranked 585th overall out of 1697 participants and 50th in the F25-29 division. A noticeable trend was her movement from the 746th position after mile one to her finishing position. Suggest focusing on maintaining momentum in the later stages as miles 11 to 13 showed a slight increase in time; this could enhance overall race performance.
