Consistent Finish with Strong Final Miles Greg Pimentel, a 24-year-old from Moorpark, CA, participated in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon with a final time of 2:03:35 and an average pace of 9:26 min/mile. Among the 1697 total participants, Greg positioned himself well throughout the race, finishing 624th overall and 35th in the M20-24 division. Starting strong, Greg's first mile clocked in at 8:37 min/mile, and although his pace dropped slightly in the middle splits, he regained speed in the latter miles. Notable performance adjustments came in the final miles. For example, during the 7th mile, he improved his pace significantly to 8:23 min/mile.
