Consistent Pacing with Strong Finish Jessica Sauter demonstrated impressive consistency at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Half Marathon. Her splits revealed a steady effort with an overall pace of 10:27 min/mile. Notably, she finished strong, clocking her fastest split towards the end at mile 13 with a pace of 10:15 min/mile. Her persistence paid off as she maintained a solid position, finishing 916th overall out of 1697 participants and 463rd in the female category. Jessica showed remarkable placement stability in her age group category (F25-29), remaining close to the 89th position throughout the race. Joining the Conejo Valley Run Club, she set a reliable pace early on and maintained it effectively. Areas to explore further include strategies for even distribution of energy across the middle miles, particularly from miles 6 to 8, where a slight increase in split times was observed. Overall, her performance was commendable and shows excellent potential for future races.
