Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Ramaswamy Ranganathan's performance at the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon showcased consistent pacing throughout the race. His steady starting pace of 11:06 min/mile in the first two miles remained remarkably constant, with only slight variances observed in subsequent splits. Notably, his fastest split time appeared in miles 5 and 6, both logged at 10:53 min/mile. The minor increase in pace during these sections suggests effective pacing strategy to conserve energy for later stages. Ramaswamy finished the marathon in 5:00:30, maintaining an average pace of 11:28 min/mile. Within his division (M65-69), he secured 20th position out of several competitors. A noteworthy improvement in his placement took place during mile 16, where he moved up to 16th in division rank before settling at 20th by the end.
