Consistent Pace with Strategic Gains Yuna Noh displayed impressive consistency in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach 10K. Starting with a 12:31 min/mile pace, she strategically improved her splits, achieving an 11:23 min/mile at mile 3. The consistent decrease in split times culminated in an overall pace of 11:54 min/mile. Yuna's pacing strategy moved her up in the rankings significantly, from 210 overall at mile 1 to 172 by the finish. Remarkably, Yuna maintained her position in the 11th place for the Female 50-54 division by the end of the race. Her consistent improvement demonstrates excellent race strategy, particularly her strong pacing from miles 2 to 4. For future races, she might focus on maintaining the pace seen at mile 3 throughout the event.
