Consistent and Controlled Marathon Performance Ram Valliyappan maintained a commendable and consistent pace throughout the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon. Averaging an elapsed pace of 10:13 min/mile, he completed the 26.2 miles in a total time of 4:27:40. His average pace remained steady, with minor fluctuations, signaling his ability to manage energy wisely. From the start, he showed determination with even splits that demonstrated consistency, notable with the split pace of 10:26 min/mile for the first two miles.
