Consistent Early Pace with Late Race Challenges Olivia Tan showcased a steady pace throughout the first half of her marathon. She maintained a consistent pace around 11:07 min/mile for the initial 8 miles, with a particularly strong segment between miles 5 and 8 where she clocked her fastest splits of around 11:02 min/mile. Her position also remained relatively stable, suggesting a solid mid-pack performance in her age division (F20-24) during this phase. In the latter half, the pace slightly declined, with Olivia finishing with an overall average pace of 11:44 min/mile. The splits toward the end exhibited a bit of struggle, climbing to around 13:44 min/mile at mile 22 and finishing the race at 5:07:32. Notably, her effort in mile 9 stood out with a quicker 10:46 min/mile split.
