Consistent Splits and Strong Finish Define Tyler's Performance Tyler from Santa Paula, CA, demonstrated impressive consistency and resilience in the 2025 Mountains 2 Beach Marathon. Throughout the race, he maintained an average pace under 10 minutes per mile. Noteworthy was his performance during miles 7 through 10, where his split pace consistently improved, emphasizing remarkable endurance and pacing strategy. In the latter half of the race, Tyler experienced slightly higher splits, with the most significant slowdown between miles 17 and 20. Despite this, he showed determination by maintaining a sub-10:00 pace across the full 26.2 miles. This perseverance earned him a commendable overall time of 4:21:41.
