Consistent Pace Secures Division Lead Kareem Dowling, from Portland, OR, displayed outstanding consistency in the 2025 Bridge to Brews 8K event. Notably, he secured the top position in his division, M35-39. He maintained impressive splits, opening with a 7:49 minute mile and showing gains through the subsequent miles, shaving a few seconds off to achieve a mid-race peak pace of 7:44 min/mile. Although there was a slight slowdown in the final mile, with a pace of 8:52 min/mile, Kareem managed to finish with an overall pace of 7:58 min/mile.
