Consistent Pace with Minor Deceleration Ken Venables demonstrated consistent pacing at the 2025 Bridge to Brews 8K race. Though the final mile saw a slight deceleration to an 8:09 min/mile pace, his overall race average was a commendable 7:15 min/mile.
