Remarkable Consistency Leads to Top Performance Tyler Shirley demonstrated outstanding pacing during the 2025 Bridge to Brews 8K race. Starting with a strong first mile at a pace of 5:50 min/mile, Tyler consistently enhanced his speed through each subsequent split. Notably, his third mile marked his fastest pace at 5:31 min/mile. This consistent performance placed him first overall, as well as first in his gender and division categories among 429 participants. The total time of 29:29 over a 5.13-mile distance highlighted a commendable average pace of 5:44 min/mile. Tyler maintained a top position throughout the race, excelling in all aspects of speed and endurance.
