Consistent Pace and Strong Finish in 8K Jesse maintained a consistent pace throughout the 8K at the 2025 Bridge to Brews. Starting with an 8:36 min/mile, he increased his speed progressively, reaching an 8:03 min/mile average by the end. Notably, he progressively improved his placement, finishing 23rd overall out of 429 participants. In the Male 30-34 division, he achieved a commendable 5th place. His fastest split was at mile four with a pace of 7:53 min/mile, showcasing a strong finish. Each mile showed improvement except for a brief fallback during the third mile, which was slightly slower at 8:01 min/mile. Overall, Jesse's pace management demonstrates solid performance. Strategically working on maintaining the pace set during the fastest split could further enhance his performance in future races.
