Outstanding Division Finish with Consistent Early Splits Matt Rasmussen, 40, from Keizer, OR, delivered a commendable performance at the 2025 Bridge to Brews 8K race. He demonstrated consistent pacing for the first three miles, with each split recorded at 6:44 per mile. His initial three splits held a steady pace, placing him 4th overall and 3rd in his gender category. At mile four, there was a slight increase to a 6:52-minute split, maintaining a strong position in his division. The final mile saw a notable pace shift of 10:03, impacting his overall time, but Matt secured a first-place finish in the M40-44 division with a total time of 37:59.
