Consistent Pace Secures Top Position Paul Balmer maintained outstanding consistency throughout the 2025 Bridge to Brews 10K. Starting with a swift 5:44 min/mile pace for the first mile, Paul sustained this pace with remarkable precision through mile two and three, slightly increasing to a 5:43 min/mile at mile three. Impressively, his speed increased at mile four to 5:36 min/mile, demonstrating strategic pacing. Although miles five and six registered minor slowdowns to 6:13 min/mile and 6:26 min/mile respectively, the overall 5:53 min/mile pace remained strong. Concluding the race in 36:33, Paul's performance was commendable. He dominated the event, placing first overall, among male competitors, and within his division.
