Transfer, Defer, Withdraw Deadlines

In order for us to finalize all the details of the event, the following deadlines for transferring, deferring, and withdrawing apply:

Here at the AF Canyon Run Against Cancer, we understand that sometimes things come up, or injuries happen. That’s why we provide a fair withdraw and transfer policy--just in case you need to change your plans.

Transfer - Switch Distances or To Another Person

The transfer deadline was on April 13, 2020. Because the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to transfer your event entry. We try to have the friendliest transfer policy around and hope you understand that we have to cut it off to finalize all the details of the event.

Withdraw - Receive a Refund

The withdraw deadline was on April 22, 2020. Because the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to withdraw. We try to have the friendliest transfer and withdraw policy around and hope you understand that we have to cut it off to finalize all the details of the event.

Defer - Receive Credit To Next Year's Event

The deferment deadline was on April 15, 2020. Because the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to defer. We try to have the friendliest deferment policy around and hope you understand that we have to cut it off to finalize all the details of the event.
