Parking for all events will be at the Red Rock Resort parking garage located at 11011 W Charleston Blvd. There will be no parking at the West Career & Technical Academy. See the parking info section for more details of times and shuttle information. Yes, someone else can pick up your packet if you are unable to make it to packet pickup. Make sure to send a signed note authorizing someone else to pickup your packet, along with a copy of your identification. No, you will not be able to pick up your packet the morning of the event. No. We cannot guarantee all rest stops on your route will be open by the time you arrive. The start/finish areas and all the rest stops have plenty of porta-potties. Go to the Join My Team page and fill out the form. You will need your confirmation number emailed to after you registered. We understand that life is unpredictable and that plans sometimes need to be changed. Our withdrawal policy allows you to withdraw from the event and get a full refund minus a small transaction fee. You can use our Transfer Page to switch from one event to another before October 9th. This includes switching betwen cycling and running events. All registered cyclists may switch between cycling events at packet pickup. Additionally, 5K and 10K runners may switch between events at packet pickup. No other switches may be made at packet pickup. Yes. If your shirt does not fit, or we gave you the wrong size, please bring it to the event. We will be happy to exchange it there for one that is 'just right'. Yes. Dress warm in the morning knowing you can leave your gear at any of our rest stops and we will return it to the finish line for you. Cyclists: There is a phone number on the back of our maps that will connect Runners: There are aid stations every two miles along the route. If you need help, there will be friendly volunteers to get you whatever you need. For the bike rides, police will hold traffic as each wave of riders leave the start line. They will continue to hold traffic until participants are spaced out enough to comfortably ride single file. If you are arriving at the start/finish when a wave of riders is leaving, you may be stopped by police for a few minutes as the ladies ride past. (Be sure to cheer, but not honk.) Please remember when you are riding, you are a vehicle on the road and follow all traffic signs and signals. For the running events, participants will enjoy a total closure of one entire lane of traffic along the course. |
